With heavy heart I announce the unexpected promotion in glory of my good friend Pastor David Poeana, of Dallas. Please join me in prayer for Estera and Maranatha Romanian Church of God Garland TX in this heartbreaking moment.
David just turned 60 and freshly retired from his teaching position and was ready to do even more for God's Kingdom.
Bishop David Poeana was a kingdom leader, a visionary, an educator and a mentor. He planted churches, opened schools, trained countless ministers, helped the poor and loved God's people. He served as Senior Pastor of Maranatha Church, RTO Church of God Romanian Territory Ministerial Internship Coordinator, Dean of Vision International College.
Above everything he loved the Lord and deeply loved Estera.
Well done good and faithful servant! We will miss you!
